The day splits between two kinds of riding. Early on, you follow the Guadalhorce River Estuary Natural Area, watching for flamingos and other birds that nest here, then push deeper into the forest where trails branch toward panoramic viewpoints. The second half climbs toward Pico Coronado — the name means "Crowned Mountain" — where the trails get more technical and the views open across the region. The hermitage at the peak is a real stop, not a photo op from a distance. Throughout, the guide shares local knowledge and keeps safety in focus; the fat bike's extra-wide tires grip rocky ground and loose surfaces that would slip under a thinner wheel.
