Step-by-step itinerary
Cruise from Lanzarote to Lobos Island
- Board morning transfer bus in Lanzarote
- Travel to Playa Blanca for ferry
- Take express ferry to Fuerteventura
- Hike and explore Isla de Lobos
- Visit Corralejo town and beach
- Return ferry to Lanzarote

The Experience
The day starts with a bus pickup from your resort in Lanzarote and a drive south to Playa Blanca, where you board the 9:30 a.m. ferry. The crossing to Isla de Lobos takes roughly 30 minutes, and once you arrive on the small island facing Corralejo, the time is yours. Hiking trails cross the island, and several beaches let you swim in the Atlantic. Some travelers spend two hours here; others stay longer.
From Isla de Lobos, a short ferry ride takes you to Corralejo, the main town on Fuerteventura's northern coast. The promenade runs along the beach, and bars and restaurants line the waterfront if you want lunch (not included). You set the pace—some people spend three hours in town, others four or five. The last ferry departs at 5:30 p.m., and the bus returns you to your resort afterward.
A live guide in English or Spanish travels with the group. WiFi and restrooms are on board both ferries. Infants can travel in a pram or stroller, and small children sit on an adult's lap. Before booking, register each participant for a free Isla de Lobos entrance ticket at lobospass.com—this is a requirement, not an option.
