Discover Scuba Diving is a beginner's first dive in Cambrils, led by PADI-certified instructors in small groups of up to 4 people per guide. The dive takes place in Cala Vidre or Sant Jordi d'Alfama, areas with clear water and marine life. All equipment, diving insurance and underwater photos are included. The activity lasts around 2 hours. Children from age 10 are welcome.

The Experience

You show up with no diving experience and leave having breathed underwater. The dive happens in Cala Vidre or Sant Jordi d'Alfama, two sites near Cambrils where the Mediterranean stays clear and shallow enough for a controlled first descent. A certified instructor stays with you the whole time, walking through every breath and movement before you go in, then guiding you through the moment itself. The group stays small, maximum 4 divers per instructor, so the attention stays on you, not on managing a crowd.

All Blue Diving, a PADI 5-Star center, provides the full equipment setup and handles the logistics. You get the wetsuit, tank, regulator and weights. They handle the safety checks and the insurance. The dive itself lasts long enough to move past the first-breath nerves and actually see what is down there: fish, rock formations, the texture of the seabed. Underwater photos come with the booking, so you have proof of the moment.

The whole outing runs about 2 hours from start to finish. No previous diving experience is needed, though a moderate level of fitness helps. The water temperature and depth are set for comfort, not for challenge.
