Walk through Dalí's paintings and the places that inspired them

A full-day small group tour from Girona exploring Salvador Dalí's life and work across three sites: a two-hour guided visit to the Theatre-Museum Dalí in Figueres with an expert guide; the village of Cadaqués, where Dalí painted repeatedly; and Port Lligat, the bay where he lived. Groups stay under six people and travel by air-conditioned minivan. You choose between English or Spanish-language guides at checkout.

The experience

You start with a two-hour guided tour of the Theatre-Museum Dalí in Figueres, led by a guide who specializes in Dalí's work and can walk you through the logic of pieces that might otherwise stay cryptic. After that, the minivan takes you to Cadaqués, a village on the Costa Brava that Dalí painted so often it became almost inseparable from his name. A guide leads you through the streets and shows you the Church of Santa Maria, then you have free time to eat lunch there before the afternoon walk.

The second half of the day moves through the landscape itself. You walk the natural park at Cap de Creus, where the wind, rain and sea have carved the rock into shapes Dalí saw and used. Then you walk around Port Lligat, the small bay where Dalí built his home and spent most of his life. The whole day runs nine hours from Girona, and the group never exceeds six people, so the pace stays manageable and the guide can answer questions without rushing.

Is this one for you?Book the English-language option if you want the guide to explain Dalí's work in detail as you move through the museum. Choose Spanish if that is your preferred language. The small group size means the guide can answer questions and adjust the pace without holding up a larger tour.
