The Experience

The coach leaves the Costa del Sol early, and by mid-morning you're walking into Córdoba's old town with a local guide who knows which corners hold what. Your guide walks you through the history of how the building changed hands and meanings, and you stand there looking up at the arches, understanding why people kept coming back to this same space to pray.

After the Mosque, the tour moves through the Jewish Quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that feels like stepping into a different time. The streets are narrow enough that two people have to turn sideways to pass, and the whitewashed walls and small doorways make you slow down without meaning to. You'll see the Synagogue, walk past the Roman Bridge, and get a sense of how the city's different cultures lived layered on top of each other.
