The experience

The boat, a B540 named Gaia, launches from pontoon F at the CMSAP Maritime Club in Can Pastilla. It's designed to be simple to operate even if you've never sailed before, which means you set the route, the speed and the stops. You can anchor in a cove for as long as you want, explore a beach on foot, or drift past the cliffs that line the bay. The 4-hour rental covers the afternoon or morning. The 8-hour option lets you start early and stay out through lunch.

Insurance with a franchise is included in the rental price. Fuel costs 20€ for a 4-hour rental or 30€ for 8 hours and is paid separately. Cleaning is 20€ per day. A refundable deposit of 500€ is required at pickup. If you'd rather have someone navigate while you relax, a live guide who speaks English, Spanish or French can join you: arrange this when you book. Infants and small children can come along. Specialized infant seats are available, and service animals are welcome.

Can Pastilla sits on Palma's eastern shore, close to public transit and the city center. The bay itself stays relatively sheltered, making it suitable for all fitness levels and for first-time boat operators.
