The experience

You arrive at a working vineyard that sits on alluvial soils (gravel, sand, silt and light clay), where mature vines pull minerals that shape the wine's flavor and aroma. The guide walks you through the 87 hectares along the Duero River, explaining how the landscape and soil composition define what grows here. This is not a museum visit. You are standing in the rows where the grapes actually come from.

Inside the winery, which dates to the 17th century, you follow the path from vine to bottle. The guide shows you how the estate processes its harvest and ages its wines, then moves to the tasting room. You taste two of the estate's reds (each one a different expression of the vineyard) paired with churra pecorino cheese and local picks. The pairing is deliberate: the cheese and the wine together show what the soil and the vintage deliver.

The whole experience runs about 90 minutes. You choose your language at checkout: English or Spanish. The minimum age is 14.
