Three hours starts with you stepping into a two-person beer barrel filled with bubbles, hops and yeast while an open bar tap keeps cold beer flowing. After the barrel comes a low-temperature beer sauna to open your pores, then fresh barley beds where you lie back to finish the spa part of the day.
