You start at Haeundae Blueline Park, where the old Donghae Nambu railway line, built during the Japanese colonial era, has been turned into a private mini-train that moves slowly enough that you can actually absorb what you're looking at. After the Sky Capsule, the itinerary moves inland to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, a cliffside shrine where the sea meets the sky and you can make a wish without rushing. Then comes Jagalchi Fish Market, Korea's largest seafood market, born from refugee camps after the Korean War — the energy there is real, the smell unmistakable, and the history is written into the stalls. You'll walk through BIFF Square, where the Busan International Film Festival was born, and then climb into Gamcheon Culture Village, a hillside maze of pastel-colored houses and narrow streets that exists almost entirely for photographs. By late afternoon you're at Songdo Beach, which opened as Korea's first public beach in 1913, and from there you board the Songdo Marine Cable Car for the round-trip ride — this time you're flying, not rolling, suspended over the water with Gwangan Bridge lit up in the distance if you're there near dusk.

The tour runs as a small group with hotel pickup from your accommodation (or Busan KTX Station if you prefer), and the guide speaks English or Chinese. One practical thing: if either the Sky Capsule or cable car is down for scheduled maintenance, the tour switches to a yacht option at The Bay 101 near Dongbaekseom Island, so you're never left without a water-based experience. Luggage and large backpacks don't fit comfortably in the vehicles, so travel light if you can.
