The boat leaves from the Portoroz area and heads into the gulf of Piran toward Fonda Fish Garden, a natural reserve where the tasting happens. You'll taste raw Fonda Sea Bram, the house fish, finished with a pinch of Piran fleur de sel, a splash of Istrian olive oil and a glass of Malvasia wine. The guide walks you through the story of the place and the food while you're there, and the experience includes vegetables and tap water infused with local herbs or fruit.

This is not a tour of multiple stops. It's a single destination reached by water, built around one meal and one wine.
