The experience
You arrive at the drop zone and meet your personal instructor, who walks you through the jump, the freefall, and the parachute descent. The instructor is fluent in English, German, Croatian, or Serbian depending on your preference. You wear a protective suit (a full coveralls outfit and head protection), and then board the airplane. The climb to altitude takes time, but the moment the door opens at over 3,000 meters, the reality of what you're about to do becomes very real.
The jump itself lasts only seconds before you're in freefall, dropping at over 200 km/h with the ground rushing toward you and your instructor controlling the descent. That rush of adrenaline is the whole point: it's the moment people book this for. After the freefall phase, your instructor deploys the parachute, and the speed drops away. You float down with views of Belgrade spreading out below, the noise and speed replaced by quiet and perspective. The landing happens on the drop zone, and friends or family who came to watch can be there when you touch down.
The entire experience runs about four hours from arrival to landing. You need to wear loose, seasonally appropriate clothing, a tracksuit works well, with long sleeves even in summer, and bring shoes with good grip. Weight matters: the price listed is for people up to 100 kg. If you weigh more, additional costs apply and you should mention it when booking. Minimum age is 14, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian present. The activity can be booked individually or as a group, though group bookings require separate reservations for each person.
