A photoshoot experience at Midhope Castle and Lallybroch where you dress in period costume, pose for professional photographs, and take home edited digital images. The photographer provides private transport, access to a client closet with clothing in multiple sizes, and castle entry. The experience runs around two and a half hours. You can add up to two other Outlander locations (Doune Castle, Blackness Castle, Craigh Na Dun, Hopetoun House, Falkland or Culross) for an additional fee, though photos are taken only at Midhope Castle, Lallybroch, and Craigh Na Dun if chosen.

The experience

Midhope Castle is the filming location for Lallybroch in the Outlander series, and this experience puts you in front of the camera there dressed as a character from the show. You arrive and browse the photographer's closet (clothing in different sizes means you find something that fits), then spend the session posing for photos around the castle grounds and its surroundings. The photographer handles all the technical work. You focus on the moment and the landscape. All images come back edited and ready to keep.

Transport is included, so you don't drive or navigate Scotland's roads yourself. If you want to visit other Outlander filming locations alongside Midhope and Lallybroch (Doune Castle, Blackness Castle, Craigh Na Dun, Hopetoun House, Falkland or Culross), you can add up to two more stops. The photographer will drop you at those sites to explore on your own (except Craigh Na Dun, where photos happen), and you'll stop for food and drinks along the way. A new price applies when additional locations are added, and entrance fees for those sites are included in that revised quote.
