Kigali Airport Private Transfer: Meet & Greet Service

Your driver meets you at arrivals with a name sign, then drives you straight to your hotel

A private transfer from Kigali International Airport to your hotel with flight monitoring, meet-and-greet service, and a professional chauffeur. Your driver tracks your arrival, greets you by name in the arrivals hall, assists with luggage, and delivers you to your destination in a comfortable air-conditioned van with complimentary bottled water.

The experience

The service starts before you land: your driver monitors your flight and adjusts timing for any delays, so there's no guessing when to expect pickup. When you walk into the arrivals area, your chauffeur is waiting with a name sign, making you easy to spot in the crowd. Luggage assistance and a direct route to your hotel follow, with bottled water on board and WiFi available during the ride.

The van is air-conditioned and seats you comfortably for the short journey into Kigali. Your driver handles the route while you settle in after your flight, arriving at your hotel or chosen location without detours or extra stops. The whole experience is built around one thing: getting you from the airport to where you're staying without any fuss.
