Bucharest Airport Transfer: Private car to city hotels

Skip the taxi queue and ride straight to your hotel

A private transfer from Bucharest airport to your hotel or anywhere in the city, with the driver tracking your flight and waiting at arrivals with a name sign. Book the day before by noon, receive pickup instructions and the driver's phone number, and travel in an air-conditioned vehicle with WiFi on board. The service covers luggage handling and runs 45 minutes to 4 hours depending on your destination.

The experience

The stress of airport arrival dissolves before you land. The operator tracks your flight in real time, so your driver knows exactly when you'll clear customs and be ready at the arrivals terminal with a name sign. You have one hour to move through the airport and meet him. He takes your luggage, leads you to the vehicle, and drives you to your hotel or anywhere else in the city. The whole handoff is built around your schedule, not a fixed timetable.

The vehicle is air-conditioned and clean, with WiFi on board if you need to message ahead or check in. Drivers follow strict standards of respect and discretion. The booking itself is simple: purchase your transfer ticket the day before by noon, and you'll receive clear pickup instructions and the driver's direct phone number so you can reach him if anything changes. Government fees are included in the price.

The service runs to and from the major ports in the country as well (Giurgiu and Oltenita), so if you're arriving for a cruise or heading out to catch a ship, the same reliable transfer works for that leg too. Families with infants can request specialized seats, and the vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

Top questions

How do I meet my driver when I land at Bucharest airport?

Your driver waits inside the arrivals terminal with a name sign. The operator tracks your flight in real time, so he knows when you're clearing customs. You'll have his direct phone number before you travel, and you have one hour after landing to meet him at the vehicle.

When do I need to book this transfer?

Purchase your ticket the day before your trip, no later than noon. Once you book, you'll receive clear pickup instructions and the driver's contact number immediately.

What if my flight is delayed?

The operator monitors your flight in real time, so your driver will know about any delays and adjust his arrival time at the terminal accordingly. You won't be waiting for him, and he won't be waiting for you.

Can I use this transfer to get to a cruise port instead of a hotel?

Yes. The service runs between Bucharest airport and the major ports (Giurgiu and Oltenita) as well as to any hotel or address in the city. Choose your destination when you book.

Is WiFi really included in the vehicle?

Yes, WiFi is on board. The vehicle is also air-conditioned, and the driver will handle your luggage, so you can settle in and relax or catch up on messages during the ride.
