The experience
You board at the harbour after a short safety briefing, then head out to fishing grounds around the island with your skipper and crew. All rods, reels, tackle and safety gear are on board. Bring nothing but yourself. The crew sets up the equipment and stays close by to help you cast, read the water and land what comes, whether you've fished before or never held a rod. Spend the next few hours on the Atlantic with Porto Santo visible from the water, fishing at your own pace while the crew handles the technical side.
Whatever you catch is yours to take with you, subject to applicable fishing regulations. Complimentary refreshments keep you comfortable throughout: at least two drinks per person are included on board. The private boat means no crowded deck, no waiting for space, and no schedule pressure. Just your group, the crew and the fish.
Morning departures run 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Afternoon trips run 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Both offer the same 4-hour experience. The crew communicates in English and Portuguese. Trips operate subject to suitable weather and sea conditions. If conditions are unsafe, the captain will reschedule you to another date or time, or issue a refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

Is this one for you?Pick the morning departure if you want to fish early and have the rest of your day free. The afternoon slot works better if you're settling in on your first day or prefer a later start. Either way, the private boat and crew focus entirely on your group, so you're never competing for space or the crew's attention like you would on a shared charter.
