Krakow Polish Food & Vodka Tour: 6-Course Dining

The Experience
The tour starts in Krakow's Old Town at night, and your guide leads you to two of the neighborhood's best local restaurants. This is not a quick sampling of small plates—you'll sit down to a proper meal. The first restaurant serves Polish highland cheese and zurek, a traditional sour rye soup that is a staple in Polish kitchens. Then come three flavors of pierogi dumplings, each one a different filling. The second restaurant brings the main course: traditional stuffed rolls of pork and cabbage, a dish that appears on Polish tables for celebrations and everyday dinners alike. A traditional Polish dessert closes the meal.
The vodka runs alongside the food, not separate from it. You'll taste four types: two flavored vodkas, one bison grass vodka, and one specialty shot. A traditional juice drink is also included. The guide is there to explain what you're eating and drinking—the history of these dishes, why they matter to Polish culture, and the stories behind the restaurants themselves. This is a full evening, roughly 2.5 hours from start to finish, and you'll leave with a full belly.
The tour operates in English with a live guide. Beer and wine can be ordered separately at standard Krakow restaurant prices if you want to add to what's included. Vegetarians are welcome; let the operator know about any dietary needs when you book. The minimum age is 18, and service animals are allowed.
