The experience
The tour begins with a short training session so you get comfortable on the scooter before heading into traffic. Once you're steady, the guide leads the group through Wroclaw's streets at a pace that lets you take in the sights without rushing. You'll pass Panorama Raclawicka (the guide tells its story from the route without entering), and ride along Cathedral Island with stops for stories at each point. The group stays small, capped at 12 people, so the guide can keep everyone together and audible through the headsets provided.
The route covers both the famous landmarks and the quieter corners: Wroclaw University with its history of swordsmen and gnomes, the Synagogue and its place in the city's Jewish heritage, Wolnosci Square, and parks that give you panoramic views of the city. You'll hear about the siege of Wroclaw and the years after World War II, the missing art and the culture that shaped the place. The Indoor Market gets a story too. At 1.5 hours, the pace is steady enough that you're moving through the city rather than stopping to stand still.
You need to be at least 15 years old and weigh no more than 120 kg to ride. Bicycle skills are required. This is not a beginner's balance test, but you should be comfortable on two wheels. Wear comfortable shoes and bring an ID or passport. Light rain won't cancel the tour. Heavy rain brings a full refund or reschedule. The tour runs at 6:00 pm, so you're riding as the city transitions into evening.

Is this one for you? This is a shared tour on a scooter you ride yourself, so it suits riders comfortable balancing on two wheels and ready to navigate city streets in a group. The 1.5-hour pace and small group of up to 12 people work well if you want to cover the main sites and hear their stories without a full-day commitment or the stop-and-walk rhythm of a walking tour.
