The experience

Caalan beach and the roads around Bacuit Bay open the day as a warm-up before you head south through El Nido Town to the adventure trails. The route then climbs into single-track terrain through the Danat trail, where tropical vegetation closes in on both sides as you push north toward Villa Libertad. Dewil Valley spreads out in a 360-degree panorama from there, and you'll pass Ille Cave and rice fields boxed in by limestone formations before dropping into the Villa Paz riverbed: the one moment where flowing water runs around the bike and the trail turns genuinely technical.

The east coast beaches come next, a pause to catch your breath before lunch in Teneguiban. After eating, the second half moves through Ligad, where you'll ride past the local fishing community, then climbs toward Duli beach on cliffsides that drop to the water. A single-track winds down to Pasadena, and the final stretch back to Lakwa Motorcycles garage in Lio closes the loop. If the light holds, you can drop down to Lio beach to watch the sunset before heading back.

This is an intermediate tour: the operator expects riders to have off-road experience and some trail time already. The bikes are Honda CRF150L models as standard, but you can book a CRF300L upgrade on the day if one is available: the operator recommends it if you weigh over 100kg, stand taller than 192cm, or simply want the extra power on the technical sections. Guides speak English, Spanish, or Filipino, and children from age 14 can join if they meet the fitness and experience level.
