The experience
Two and a half hours takes you through the Cahuachi Pyramids, an archaeological site so vast that excavation has uncovered only about 10% of it. A guide leads you through the adobe structures (the largest ceremonial complex of its kind in the world), and explains what the Nazca Culture built here roughly 2,000 years ago. The pyramids themselves are the draw: imposing, ancient, and still mostly unexplored.
After the pyramids, the tour moves to a textile workshop in Nazca where artisans have kept the tradition alive. You watch them spin natural fibers, dye threads with natural pigments, and hand-weave each piece. It is the counterpoint to the ruins: not what was left behind, but what the culture still makes. Hotel pickup and return are included, so the logistics are settled before you book.
