The story is set in 1787, when Gerrit Jan Pijman and other revolutionaries had their moment in Zwolle before the prince's forces came back to restore order. Now Pijman needs to find a secret key to one of the city gates to escape. You're the one doing the finding—walking between stops, reading clues on your phone, and figuring out the answer before moving to the next place. The game is built so you can move at your own pace; there's no guide waiting, no group to keep up with, and no schedule except the 2-hour window the game suggests. If you're still solving when time's up, extra playing time is included, so you finish the mission instead of abandoning it halfway.
