The experience
The boat departs from the Adriatic coastline and heads to the fishing grounds an experienced crew has worked for years. You'll cast for whatever species are running that day, with the guide showing you the technique and the rig. If you've never held a rod, they'll walk you through it. The crew provides all the tackle, so you arrive with nothing but a willingness to get wet. Between catches, the boat anchors in bays where you can swim, and the Mediterranean sun does the rest.
Four hours on the water means you're not racing through a checklist. There's time to actually feel the bite, to miss one and try again, to watch the coastline change as you move along it. Bottled water and snacks come with the booking, so you're not managing hunger or thirst on top of everything else. The guide speaks English and will explain what's happening (which fish are biting, why you're moving to a new spot, what the local fishing traditions are) without turning it into a lecture.
Families with small children can bring them along. Infants ride on an adult's lap. The activity suits all fitness levels, and public transportation reaches the departure point if you don't have a car. Service animals are welcome on board.

Top questions
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24h before the start.
What kind of fish will I catch on the Adriatic?
Local Mediterranean species bite in these waters, and the crew knows which ones are running on the day you go. They'll show you how to rig for each type and where to cast for the best chance. The specific catch depends on the season and conditions, but the guide will explain what's in the water and how to work for it.
Do I need fishing experience to book this?
No. The crew teaches beginners how to cast, how to feel the bite, and how to land a fish. Experienced anglers get the same boat and the same guide knowledge, so both groups fish productively on the same tour.
What happens if I don't want to fish the whole time?
The boat anchors in secluded bays between fishing sessions, and you can swim whenever the crew stops to change spots. You're not obligated to cast every minute. The four hours include time in the water and time to rest between efforts.
Is lunch included, or should I bring food?
Snacks and bottled water come with the booking. If you need a full meal, bring it with you or eat before departure. The tour does not include a restaurant stop or a prepared lunch.
How does the boat leave if I'm traveling without a car?
Public transportation options are available near the departure point on the Adriatic coast. The crew can advise on the nearest stop when you book.
