The Experience

The park spreads across 250 acres along the Riviera Maya coast, and from the moment you arrive, you're choosing between the beach, the jungle, the water, or the stage where the night show will happen. The Full Day ticket gets you into more than 50 activities — from the Rotating Scenic Tower overlooking the Caribbean to the House of Whispers and the Living Museum of Orchids tucked into the tropical trails. You move at your own pace, which means you can spend an hour floating in the underground rivers with a snorkel and lifejacket (both included), or twenty minutes watching the Papantla Flying Men spin from a wooden pole.

The underground rivers are the thing people remember. They're cool, clear, and you drift through limestone caverns that feel older than the park itself. Lounge chairs and hammocks are scattered around the water, so you're not rushing to dry off and move on — you can actually sit there.
