The driver picks you up and heads south toward Valle de Guadalupe, about 45 minutes from Ensenada. The valley opens up with vineyards on both sides, and you can already tell this isn't a tourist trap. The architecture is modern and understated, the light is clean, and there's actual quiet. The first stop is Tres Valles, a boutique winery where the tasting is included in the price, and from there the day unfolds depending on what you're drawn to.
