The experience

The day starts before sunrise when a driver picks you up from your meeting point in Mexico City and takes you to the balloon port. You'll register, have a welcome coffee, and get a safety briefing before boarding your balloon. The flight itself gives you a view of the Teotihuacan valley from above: the pyramids, the ceremonial avenue, and the surrounding landscape spread out below as the sun rises.

After landing, you'll receive a flight certificate and a traditional toast with sparkling wine. Breakfast follows, then a driver takes you to the Teotihuacan archaeological site itself, where you have time to walk the grounds on your own. The pyramids of the Sun and Moon, the Citadel, and the Avenue of the Dead are all there to explore at your own pace. A driver returns you to your original meeting point when the experience ends.
