The experience

Your driver meets you outside the departures area at whichever terminal you land in, then heads straight to a grocery superstore where you have 30 minutes to pick up whatever you need for your stay: snacks, sunscreen, toiletries, anything that will make your vacation easier. This stop is built into the service, not an add-on, so you're not scrambling to find a store later or paying extra for the detour. Cold water is waiting in the truck.

The drive to your hotel takes between an hour and an hour and a half, depending on where you're staying. All highway tolls are covered. If your accommodation is in San Lucas or Diamonte (farther out than the main resort areas), there's a $20 surcharge to account for the distance. The driver has been on the road safely for over 36 years and speaks fluent English, so questions and changes along the way are straightforward. A service dog travels in the truck, so let the driver know if you have allergies before booking.
