The experience

The day starts with pickup from your hotel in Playa del Carmen and a drive to the trailhead. The ride ends at a hidden cenote: a natural sinkhole filled with crystal clear water. You swim here to cool off after the bike section. The tour runs four hours total. You ride the full distance on a mountain bike supplied by the operator, with a helmet included. Transport to and from the trailhead happens in an air-conditioned vehicle, so you do not need a car or need to arrange your own way out to the jungle. A guide leads the whole tour and speaks English or Spanish.
