The Experience

You meet your teammates at the starting line on Cozumel and receive your first clue. Teams of two to eight compete together (solo players are placed on a team), and the race lasts four hours. Each puzzle solved leads you to the next sightseeing location with a new clue waiting—you navigate on your own, moving at your team's pace and strategy. The team that solves all the clues and reaches the finish line in the least amount of time wins.

The route takes you through parts of Cozumel most visitors never see, mixing the spirited competition of a race with genuine sightseeing. You'll need wits, energy and a sense of adventure as you work against time and competing teams. Along the way you pick up local goodies and experience the island beyond the typical tourist stops. At the finish line, you get snacks and two drinks per person to recover.

After the race, everyone heads to a local restaurant for an awards ceremony—light snacks, refreshing beverages, and prizes for the top finishers. It's a chance to eat, drink and swap stories with other players from the day. A discounted meal is available if you want to order more food (your own expense). The exact start time is confirmed when your reservation is booked.

What’s included

  • Local snacks and treats at multiple stops.
  • two complimentary beverages per person at the finish line.
  • post-race awards ceremony at a local restaurant with light snacks and refreshing beverages.
  • prizes for top finishers.
