The Experience

The swing bar is where most people start—a drink in hand while you're literally swaying over the sand. But that's just the opening move at Chula's Beach Club in Cozumel. From 9am to 5pm, your all-inclusive day pass unlocks the whole setup: unlimited tacos, nachos, fajitas (beef, chicken, shrimp, fish, or vegetarian), cheeseburgers, and seafood, plus an open bar with draft beer, cocktails, sodas, and bottled water. The premium stuff isn't included, but everything else flows without you ordering or paying again. You're eating and drinking the whole time you're there, which sounds simple until you realize how much mental space that removes from your day.

The water part is where it gets busy. There's a freshwater pool if you want to escape the salt, an inflatable water park with trampolines and slides that keeps people occupied for hours, and paddle boards and kayaks if you want to actually get on the water.
