The galleon leaves Marina Aquatours pier at Km 6.25 of Boulevard Kukulcán at 7pm sharp. Once aboard, you get a three-course dinner—your choice of steak, lobster or vegetarian—paired with wine and an open bar that runs the full evening. A saxophonist plays live music throughout, and the lagoon itself is the backdrop: you can dance to the rhythm or stand at the rail and watch the light change over the water. The whole sail runs 2.5 hours.
