The experience

The driver meets you at Cancun airport with a welcome sign, directs you to your private Toyota Hiace or similar vehicle, and takes you straight to your Hotel Zone hotel or condo. You pass the Nichupte Lagoon on the way and can ask the bilingual driver questions about the destination as you settle in. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone: no pickups of other travelers, no schedule changes to fit someone else's flight, no waiting while the driver collects a shared-ride group.

The return trip works the same way: your driver picks you up from your hotel at the time you choose and takes you back to the airport. Taxes, airport charges and traveler insurance are included in the price. Each traveler can bring one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Oversized luggage like surfboards or golf clubs may have restrictions, so check with the operator before booking if you're traveling with gear.

The 30-minute drive is approximate and shifts with traffic and time of day. The service covers only hotels in the Cancun Hotel Zone strip. Confirm your accommodation is in that area before you book, as other neighborhoods are not included.
