The experience

After the morning water work, the group boards a speedboat at Trou D'eau Douce headed for Ile aux Cerf Island. The boat ride itself is the transition: you move from the sheltered lagoon into open water and pull up on a beach of white sand where a couple of hours waits with nothing scheduled. Lunch arrives with beer, soft drinks and water, eaten on the island before the return trip back to your hotel.
