You learn to mix and churn flavors, work with real ingredients in the lab, and take home your handcrafted gelato. The workshop welcomes families, couples and groups from age 3, with all materials and instruction provided.

The experience

You spend 90 minutes in the Siblings Gelato Lab learning the craft from the people who make it daily. The instructors walk you through each step (mixing the base, understanding how texture and flavor work, churning your creation), so you leave knowing how gelato actually gets made, not just tasting it. All ingredients and tools are provided, and you work with real equipment in the actual working lab, not a demo space.

The workshop is built for groups of any size and composition: families with children from age 3, couples looking for something hands-on to do together, friends wanting to bond over making something, or teams building something beyond the usual outing. Everyone gets to make their own batch and take it home, so you leave with both the skill and the gelato itself. The instructors speak English, Chinese, or Malay depending on your group.
