The experience

Seven to eight hours door-to-door means you start and end at your hotel, with a local accredited guide meeting you at each winery. The route moves through the Bekaa Valley in the east of the country, where the region's bold reds, light wines, sweet wines and blends (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Chardonnay, Viognier and the Lebanese Merweh and Obeydi among them) are produced. An air-conditioned vehicle carries the group between stops.

At Kefraya, the guide walks the premises and shows the widespread grape terrain before the first tasting. Chateau St. Thomas, situated at the steps of the mountains, offers a visit to the cellars and an abundant tasting of its unique wines. Ksara, a multi-award winner, features natural caves below the premises and a documentary wine tasting led by a wine expert. At each stop, the guide explains what you see and a wine expert dives into the tasting experience with you.
