The experience
The photographer meets you and moves through the stops in sequence, setting up each shot and directing your pose. At Dotonbori's Glico sign you stand for the most recognizable frame in the district. At Kani Doraku the photographer arranges a crab pose. You hold takoyaki in front of a takoyaki shop. The photographer provides the food for the shot. The same happens with kushikatsu at a kushikatsu restaurant. At the Kuitare Taro doll, matching glasses are ready for you to wear. The dragon object at Kinryu Ramen gets a photo with Dragon Ball props. Isomaru Suisan, designed to look like a festival stall, offers a naturally lively backdrop.
Hozenji Yokocho closes the session. The narrow alley of old wooden buildings reads like Kyoto, and the photographer captures you in that atmosphere. All roughly 100 images are edited and delivered as digital files you can download and share. If you want professional hair and makeup before the shoot, that can be added for a separate fee.

Is this one for you?Book the Dotonbori option if you want the most recognizable Osaka backdrops in a single session; choose Shinsaibashi if you prefer shopping-district energy and fewer crowds; the USJ or Osaka Castle options work if those landmarks matter more to your trip than the food-and-neon aesthetic of the main route.

Top questions
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What happens at each of the photo stops in Dotonbori?
The Glico sign is the opening shot. Kani Doraku follows with a crab pose. A takoyaki shop provides the food for a holding shot, and a kushikatsu restaurant does the same. The Kuitare Taro doll comes with matching glasses. Kinryu Ramen's dragon object pairs with Dragon Ball props. Isomaru Suisan, styled like a festival, gives a naturally animated setting. Hozenji Yokocho's old buildings close the sequence.
How many photos do I actually receive?
Approximately 100 edited images are delivered as digital files. The exact count depends on the stops and how many frames the photographer takes at each location.
What is Hozenji Yokocho like as a photo location?
Hozenji Yokocho is a narrow alley lined with old wooden buildings and traditional lanterns. The architecture and atmosphere resemble Kyoto, so the photos read as if you were somewhere else entirely, even though you're still in Osaka.
Can I add hair and makeup to this shoot?
Yes. Professional hair and makeup styling can be added for an additional fee and arranged before the photographer meets you.
How long does the whole session take?
The shoot runs roughly 1.5 hours from start to finish, covering all eight locations and the walk between them.
