The drive to central Tokyo takes roughly an hour and a half.

The service runs one direction at a time: you book either Narita to Tokyo or Tokyo to Narita, not a round-trip. Pickup happens from anywhere in Tokyo 23 wards or from the Disneyland area. If your hotel is in Yokohama or Saitama, there's an additional charge for the extra distance. The driver handles the route and navigation, so you don't need to arrange public transit or figure out train schedules after a long flight.
