Without it, you'll receive a detailed map showing the exact pickup location, and you walk to meet the van. If you're being picked up from a hotel or another city location instead, the driver waits up to 15 minutes at the spot you've confirmed.

The vehicle is clean and ready for luggage. Specialized infant seats are available if you need one. Service animals are welcome on board.
