The experience

The day starts with hotel pickup and a sail along the Jamaican coast aboard the sixty-five-foot Chukka Cat. A thirty-minute stop at a snorkel site lets you explore the reef system in warm Caribbean waters with snorkeling equipment provided, or simply swim if you prefer. The boat then heads to Dunn's River Falls, where a professional guide leads the climb up the 600-foot natural cascade. The waterfall is terraced, so the ascent breaks into stages with lagoons between them. You stop for a dip in the refreshing pools as you work your way up, taking in the views of the island below. The landscape is the same one used in the James Bond film Dr. No.

After the climb, you have time to swim in the lagoons or rest before heading back to the boat.
