The experience

The tour starts at an olive oil mill where you walk through the production area for high-quality extra virgin oil. An expert guide teaches you the tasting technique (how to recognize quality, what to look for in color and aroma), then you taste three different oils side by side. After the mill, you visit the museum of olive oil tradition, where the old pressing tools and equipment show how Sardinians have made oil for generations.
