The experience

The tour opens at the vineyard itself, where the owners walk you through their holding and share the techniques that have shaped the family business. You'll see how the vines are managed and learn what goes into the grapes before they ever reach the winery. Back at the main building, the cellar and barrel room come next. You move through the spaces where fermentation and aging happen, and the owners explain the steps that turn fruit into wine. The Vin Santo room, where the dessert wine sits in barrels, closes out the building tour.

Tastings follow with the winery's wines and their organic EVO oil, each one paired with food the family makes in-house: prosciutto, salame, aged cheese and biscuits. Bottled water is included throughout. The experience runs between one and three hours depending on the group's pace and how many questions come up. There's no fixed clock, just the rhythm of the tasting itself.

You'll need a minimum of two people to book, and the winery operates with either an English or Italian-speaking guide. Dress code is smart casual. Children under 16 can join if they're with two paying adults and don't order alcohol. Anyone 16 and up can taste the full range.
