The class runs three hours. You choose a morning or afternoon slot. The Experience

The class happens in a carefully selected local home in Maranello or the surrounding area. You decide how far you're willing to travel. Your host is a Cesarina, one of Italy's 600+ home cooks across 120+ cities who open their kitchens to travelers. During the three hours, she walks you through the techniques and tricks behind three authentic regional recipes, and you work through each one at your own station with all the tools and ingredients ready. The homes follow strict sanitary protocols, with hand sanitizing stations and paper towels available throughout.

Once you've finished cooking, you sit down to taste everything you've prepared. The tasting comes with a selection of local red and white wines, plus water and coffee. You'll leave with the official Le Cesarine apron and shopping bag, so you can take the recipes home and cook them again.

You can book either the morning or afternoon class, depending on what fits the rest of your day. The host will send you all the details, including the exact address, once your booking is confirmed. Public transportation options are available nearby if you need them.
