The experience
You arrive at a Perugia home and spend three hours learning to make two pasta dishes (pappardelle, pici or gnudi, depending on what your Cesarina teaches that day) plus tiramisu. This is hands-on: you mix, shape and cook alongside your host, who shares the family tricks that make these dishes work. The class is private, so the pace and focus stay on what you want to learn. You'll wear an official Cesarine apron and work in a real kitchen, not a commercial studio.
After you finish cooking, you sit down together to eat everything you've made. Local wines, water and coffee come with the meal. The whole experience (cooking, eating, talking) takes about three hours. Public transportation runs nearby if you need it to reach the home.
You can book this class at different times: early afternoon, lunch, evening or happy hour, depending on when you want to cook and eat. Each option is private, so you're learning with just your group and your host.
