The experience
The boat leaves S. You'll see Cernobbio village, the former home of Versace, Villa le Rose and Motrasio before the boat crosses the lake toward Nesso. The captain points out Villa Oleandra, Google's summer residence, as you approach the eastern shore.
At Nesso, the Civera bridge comes into view with a waterfall of over 200 meters dropping behind it. Nearby stands an ancient villa built in 1573 around a water source, which has hosted illustrious guests for centuries. On the return journey, you pass Villa Troubetzkoy, built by Russian prince Alexander Troubetzkoy in the 1800s, and see the fountain of Villa Geno and the Tempio Voltiano before returning to the pier. The boat has a large sundeck and awning, a fridge, USB charging and Bluetooth stereo. Prosecco is offered by the captain to passengers 18 and over.
