The experience

The driver picks you up from Naples Airport, the Central Train Station, the port, or any hotel or residence in the city. A Mercedes sedan fits up to three passengers with luggage. A van accommodates up to eight. The driver speaks English and knows the Amalfi Coast road well enough to answer questions and offer commentary during the drive. Flight tracking means the driver adjusts to your actual arrival time, and one hour of free waiting is built in if your flight or train runs late. Any additional waiting time costs 40 euros per hour, paid in cash to the driver.

The transfer covers all highway tolls, fuel, parking and insurance. WiFi is available on board, and the vehicle is air-conditioned. If you want to stop for lunch along the way, you can arrange it with the driver by paying for the extra hours at the same 40-euro-per-hour rate. The route itself takes roughly two hours, depending on traffic and which Amalfi Coast destination you've chosen: Amalfi town, Positano, Ravello or Praiano. Note that this service covers Naples city center only. If your train arrives at Naples-Afragola station instead, there's an additional 40-euro charge.
