You visit the vineyard and cellar, then sit down for lunch at their agriturismo where you taste four glasses of wine chosen from their selection. The sommelier guides you through what you're drinking—the production, the grapes, what sets each one apart—so you're not just tasting but learning why these wines matter in a region most people pass over for Tuscany.

The second stop is Agricola Vinica, an organic winery producing 40,000 bottles a year. Here you walk through the vineyard and cellar again, this time tasting from nine different labels: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Nero, Merlot, and Tintilia, the famous local red wine that defines Molise. You choose which wines you want to taste—the sommelier doesn't dictate the order—so the tasting follows your curiosity instead of a fixed script. The remaining time in the eight-hour day is spent traveling between the two sites and back to Campobasso.
