The experience

The winery sits a few kilometers from Olbia in the hills of northeastern Sardinia, and the tour starts in the vineyard itself. A guide leads you through the rows and explains how the soil, climate and sea influence shape what grows here, then moves into the production spaces where you see the fermentation tanks and the barrel cellar where the wine ages. This is not a walk past displays. You are standing in the rooms where the work happens, surrounded by the equipment and the smell of the process.

After the vineyard and cellar tour, you sit down for the tasting. You choose which wines to sample from nine labels: Sentenzia, Su Soi Vermentino, Mirades, Lumenera, Faulas, Kariasa, Su Soi Cannonau, Arcanos and Nativo. The tasting comes with regional appetizers and a soft drink or yogurt if you are under 18. The whole experience takes about 90 minutes and includes free parking. If you want to taste more, you can book the 5-wine option instead of the 3-wine version at checkout.

The guide speaks English, Spanish or Italian, and children are welcome from age 2 onward. Dogs are allowed if they wear a muzzle and leash, or just a leash if they are small. If you want the experience in Spanish, contact the winery directly to arrange it.
