The experience

You arrive at the Cesarina's home and move straight to the kitchen. Each person gets a workstation equipped with utensils and ingredients for the three dishes: a seasonal starter, pasta, and a typical dessert. The Cesarina teaches you the techniques and the regional secrets as you cook, walking you through each step. This is not a demonstration. You are making the food yourself, hands on, with real guidance.

Once the three dishes are ready, you sit down to taste everything you prepared. The meal comes with a selection of red and white local wines, water, and coffee. The whole class runs four hours, so there is time to work without rushing and to eat without hurrying.

Morning and afternoon options let you fit the class into the rest of your day. Public transportation is available nearby if you do not have your own transport. The Cesarina's home follows sanitary protocols and provides hand sanitizing supplies.
