Natural slides, dives and canyon pools in one morning

Wild canyoning in Tuscany is a 2.5-hour activity where you navigate natural water slides, jump from rock faces and swim through canyon pools, wearing a wetsuit, helmet and life jacket with a live guide. The route adapts to group size and weather, and every participant gets free photos and videos of the day. Children from age 10 are welcome.

The experience

Two and a half hours of moving through water and rock: you'll slide down natural chutes, dive from ledges into pools, and swim through sections of the canyon surrounded by unspoilt Tuscany. The guide leads in English or Italian and adjusts the route based on how many people are in the group and what the weather allows. Safety comes first. If conditions shift, the itinerary changes to keep everyone secure.

The center is the only one offering free photos and videos throughout the activity, so you leave with a record of every moment instead of just the memory. You get a wetsuit, helmet and life jacket as part of the booking. The schedule is flexible by design: group size, weather and any logistical needs may shift what you do and the order you do it, but the core (slides, dives and canyon swimming) stays the same.

What’s included

  • Wetsuit, helmet and life jacket.
  • live guide in English or Italian.
  • free photos and videos of the entire activity.
