The experience
The Sfusato Amalfitano lemon, protected by PGI designation, is the foundation here. You'll walk the Historical Garden to see how the farm grows these lemons organically, then learn the process for extracting citrus essential oils. The guide explains the techniques and history behind four generations of production, answering questions as you move through the property. A handful of steps up from the entrance, the garden opens onto views of the sea, mountains and the Amalfi cityscape.
The tasting unfolds across organic honey produced on-site and flavored with Amalfi citrus essential oils; local cheeses; seasonal specialties from the garden prepared fresh; citrus cake with limoncello; and two wines with PDO or DOCG designation. Vegetarian options are available on request. Bottled water is included. The farm also offers special pricing on handcrafted, 100% natural fragranced water spray and on the honey itself if you want to take more home.
Small groups mean the guide can give full attention and depth to each person's questions. This is not a crowded farm tour but an intimate experience built around the products and the family's commitment to biodiversity and authenticity in every step from production to how they share it.
