The vineyards sit at the feet of the volcano itself, and the visit includes walks through the vines, access to the cellar, and a look at a small ancient archaeological site on the property before lunch arrives.

Lunch and wine tasting happen at the winery, so you're eating and drinking where the wine is made. The guide handles the route and the stops. You travel in an air-conditioned minivan with bottled water provided. The drive back to the Amalfi Coast takes the afternoon, with drop-off at your hotel by evening. If you're traveling from Sorrento or Naples instead of the Amalfi Coast villages, Ravello is not part of that itinerary.
