The experience
The Mercedes-Benz picks you up from Foynes Harbour at the time you choose. Your chauffeur handles the driving through County Clare while you watch the Wild Atlantic Way unfold. The route itself is the first thing you get. The Cliffs of Moher sit at the heart of the day: you have up to two hours there to walk the clifftop paths, stand at the edge and look out over the Atlantic, or simply sit with the view. The chauffeur is not a certified tour guide, so the narration stays practical and historical rather than scholarly. What you're paying for is the vehicle, the route and the flexibility to linger or move on.
Between the Cliffs and the return to Foynes, the stops are yours to make. Doonagore Castle, Doolin village (a lunch stop if you want one), Doolin Pier, the Burren's exposed limestone pavements with their deep fissures called grykes, Poulnabrone Dolmen and Newtown Castle all sit along the way. You decide which ones matter to you before you leave or call them out as you go. The Burren itself is a glacial-karst landscape (raw, treeless, geometric), and the chauffeur can point out what makes it unusual, but the walking and the looking are entirely up to you.
The vehicle comes with bottled water, phone chargers and WiFi, so you're not hunting for a café or a power outlet. The price is fixed once you book, with no hidden costs added later. Child seats and pet travel are available on request. Service animals travel as standard.

Top questions
Can I choose what time to leave Foynes?
Yes. You pick your preferred departure time when you book, and the chauffeur collects you from Foynes Harbour at that hour.
Do I have to visit every stop on the route?
No. The Cliffs of Moher are the main event and you'll spend up to two hours there, but Doonagore Castle, Doolin, the Burren, Poulnabrone Dolmen and Newtown Castle are all optional. Tell the chauffeur which ones you want to see, or decide as you go.
What is the Burren like to walk through?
The Burren is a limestone plateau with deep cracks and fissures (called grykes) running through pale stone pavements. It's one of Europe's finest examples of a glacial-karst landscape: open, treeless and geometric. You can walk it at your own pace. The chauffeur will point out the geology and history.
How long is the full day?
Eight hours from pickup to return to Foynes, including the drive, two hours at the Cliffs, and time at any other stops you choose.
What's included in the price?
